Assembler

CoWorx Staffing Services is actively seeking candidates with Assembly experience in Wallingford, CT and surrounding areas on 1st and 2nd shift.
Schedule: Monday – Friday

• 1st shift: 6am – 2:30pm or 7am – 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2pm – 10:30pm or 3:30pm – 11:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of manual and semi routine duties
• Read and interpret oral and written instructions for assembly
• Use hand tools and/or packaging equipment to package sub final assemblies and prepare for shipping
• Complete production records as required
• Expected to meet basic assembly standards
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Soldering Exp. a plus

Desired Background/Skills:

• Good Communication/Team Work
• Occasional Overtime as needed
• Adherence to Radiall’s attendance policy
• Understanding KPIs and production targets
• Cooperation and understanding of changing priorities
