Assembly Technician

CoWorx Staffing is hiring for multiple Assembly Technician in Monroe, NJ for a very fast paced warehouse and shop environment.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Overtime may be required
Ideal Candidate:
You enjoy working with your hands, figuring out how things fit together, and taking pride in quality work. Whether you’ve assembled furniture, worked on equipment, or have warehouse experience, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble equipment.
• Add, remove, or replace parts as needed.
• Use basic hand tools to complete assigned work.
• Follow setup instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is ready for customer use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous experience using hand tools is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or shop environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to push and move equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or shop environment, including warmer temperatures during summer months.
