Responsibilities:

• Assemble foam, wood, and packaging products
• Operate hand tools, power tools, saws, nail guns, and other manufacturing equipment
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
• Measure, inspect, and verify product quality throughout production
• Set up materials and prepare products for shipment
• Complete production documentation and quality records
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50-75 lbs.
• Remain active and on your feet throughout the shift

Desired Background/Skills:

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new skills

Other Information:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Optional Overtime Available
