About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and helping maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
Schedule & Compensation Location: Danvers, MA Shift: 1st Shift (generally 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Some nights and weekends may be required Pay: $30.00 – $44.29 per hour Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Coordinate and complete equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and workflows.
• Partner with production, engineering, and technical teams to complete work orders.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and implement solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize machine utilization.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, injection molding exp required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments is a plus.
• of hand tools, power tools, cranes, hoists, and industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing setting.
