Assembler Operator

We’re seeking motivated Operators to join a growing high-tech manufacturing team on 1st shift in the Manchester, NH area!
Whether you have manufacturing experience or come from a fast-paced environment like retail, food service, warehouse, or customer service, we want to hear from you.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Starting at $20.00/hour with no experience required
• Up to $25.00/hour based on manufacturing experience and technical skills
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of manufacturing and assembly operations
• Follow work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Learn to interpret technical drawings and production documentation
• Use computers to access work instructions and record completed work
• Inspect and verify work to meet quality standards
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality procedures
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience working from work orders and SOPs
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience
• ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) experience
• Familiarity with J-STD-001, JESD 625, AS9100, or ISO quality standards
