Production Associate

CoWorx Staffing is seeking 1st Shift Production Associates to work in a fast-paced linen/laundry/garment facility to assist with folding, assembling, and packaging by hand different types and sizes of linen and medical garments in Historic New Castle, Delaware.
Shift:

• 1st Shift Production Associates – 7AM – 3:30 PM Mon-Fri $16.00/hr
• 2nd Shift Production Associates – 4PM – 12:30 PM Mon-Fri $17.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Filling or emptying laundry bags onto the line
• Feeding folding machines
• Sorting different types of garments
• Fold, assemble and package by hand different types and sized of linens and garments
• Pick/pack orders for customers out of the finished products

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Maintain good attendance
• Must be able to meet physical demands that consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling and lift-up to 50 lbs
• Tolerate loud noise, extreme temperatures (heat & cold), and other exposures in the production areas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while following safety guidelines
