Job Description:
Location: Rochester, New Hampshire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator! This position works in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean room environment assembling medical products that require precision, quality, and attention to detail. Assembly Operators follow established assembly procedures, perform inspections, maintain production records, and support production goals while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-based environment and standing for the duration of their shift, excluding scheduled breaks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and line clearance activities.
- Complete and maintain production documentation and records.
- Monitor product quality and notify leadership of any issues or deviations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and participate in team-based production activities.
- Train and mentor Assembly Operator I employees as needed.
- Learn and support specialty operations as assigned by the Production Assistant or Team Lead.
- Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.

Other Information:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working in a manufacturing or clean room environment is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing required protective garments
