Job Description:
Location: Rochester, New Hampshire

CoWorx is seeking detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a growing medical manufacturing team in the Rochester, NH area! This position works in a clean room environment assembling high-quality medical products while following strict quality and safety standards. All assembly work is performed in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean room. Employees are required to wear company-provided hair nets, gowns, safety glasses, shoe coverings, and gloves while working in the clean room. Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Set up, change over, and clear production lines
- Complete production documentation and quality records
- Perform visual and microscope inspections
- Monitor product quality and notify leadership of any issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist in training Assembly Operator I employees
- Support production needs and additional duties as assigned
- Assemble medical products following written procedures and work instructions

Desired Background/Skills:
- 1-2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, or clean room environment preferred
- Experience with soldering, crimping, testing, inspection, or similar assembly processes strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaks
- Ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing required PPE
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and accuracy
