Grind and Polish Operator

Our client is expanding and has Grind and Polish Operator openings on 1st and 2nd shift in the Charlestown, NH area!
As a Grind and Polish Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing precision components that meet the highest quality standards. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to build a career in a company that values its people and offers room to advance as they continue to grow.
Shift:

• 1st shift- Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
• 2nd shift- Monday-Friday 3:30 Pm-12:00AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding and polishing equipment to finish precision components
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right candidates
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
