Material Handler

CoWorx is now hiring Material Handlers for 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities in the Hagerstown, MD area.
Join a fast-paced, team-focused warehouse environment with consistent full-time hours and opportunities for overtime.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Must be able to work Saturdays when needed

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials in a warehouse setting
• Pick, pack, scan, count, and kit products
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow all 7S standards
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
• Work safely and support your team

Desired Background/Skills:

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience operating material-handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• Able to work in hot or cold warehouse environments

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience using handheld scanners
• Flexible schedule with overtime availability
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent
