Electronic Assembler

CoWorx Staffing is seeking dedicated Electronic Assemblers to join our team in Aurora, IL!
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing assigned mechanical and electromechanical assembly duties according to established processes and procedures while meeting quality, yield, and cycle-time standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
This is a light duty position, you can work standing or sitting at different assembly stations, with little to no heavy lifting.
Shifts:

• Monday – Friday 1st 7:00am-3:30pm
• Summer Hours (Memorial Day – Labor Day)
• Monday- Thursday 6am-3:30pm or 7:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday 7:00am – 11:00am

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic mechanical and electromechanical assembly duties on one or more production lines within acceptable cycle time and yield standards.
• Conduct simple automated, stress, and bench testing by following work instructions and direction from the Lead Assembler.
• Successfully perform newly assigned assembly duties within acceptable ramp-up time.
• Learn and apply new assembly tasks through work instructions and guidance from the Lead Assembler.
• Maintain consistent dependability and flexibility, including willingness to working late or starting early as needed and working Saturday mornings for OT.
• Contribute positively to team morale by being upbeat, enthusiastic, and supportive of team and company goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to communicate and read/write in English
• Must meet ITAR hiring requirements
