Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 3:30PM-12AM
- 3rd Shift: 10PM-7AM OR 12AM-7AM
Salary:
2nd Shift: $20 + 10% Shift Diff
3rd Shift: $20 + 20% Shift Diff

Responsibilities:
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical assemblies.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams to perform testing and inspections.[/i]
- Diagnose issues and perform rework or corrective actions as needed.
- Perform soldering and mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with specifications.
- Prepare technical reports and accurately document test results.
- Assist with the setup and operation of specialized test equipment.
- Support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.

Desired Background/Skills:
- Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training preferred.
- One or more years of manufacturing, electronics, testing, or technician experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Experience testing electronic or mechanical systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Soldering experience preferred.
- Electronics experience, including the use of voltmeters and oscilloscopes, preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable standing, sitting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the work
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
