Job Description:
Location: Danvers, Massachusetts

$25+/hour 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with quality documentation? We’re looking for a Quality Documentation Coordinator to support quality systems, training records, and document control processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Update, format, and maintain Quality Operating Procedures and training records
- Process document change orders and maintain document backups
- File, distribute, and manage quality documents
- Review, verify, and file completed production work orders and supporting documentation
- Partner with quality and production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support quality management system requirements and continuous improvement efforts

Desired Background/Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with production ERP systems preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or cGMP is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
