Inspector / Packer

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Inspector/Packer candidates in the Brookfield, MA area.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of an assembly line team to build boxes, pack products, palletize finished goods, and maintain organized work area.
• Assemble boxes for foam mold packaging according to production requirements.
• Pack foam molds into boxes accurately and efficiently.
• Tape and seal boxes, then move completed cartons from the production line to pallets.
• Verify order accuracy and pallet contents before transfer to the warehouse team.

[li[ transfer]Rotate between workhroughout the day to support cross-training and maintain productivity.

1st Shift Inspector/Packer
6am-4pm Mon-Thurs (OT ON FRIDAYS)
$18/hr.
2nd Shift Inspector/Packer
4pm-2am Mon-Thurs (OT ON FRIDAYS)
$19/hr.
Environment:
Clean environment, but machines are loud
Climate-controlled in the winter but gets hot in the summer
