Production Supervisor – Weekend Shift

Supervisor, Production (Weekend Shift), Danbury, CT.
Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, $70,000 – $80,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus + Weekend Shift Differential

As the Production Supervisor, Weekend Shift, you’ll oversee production activities and provide leadership to the assembly team while maintaining a culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing production team
• Plan and schedule production orders, material consumption, and assembly operations
• Monitor production performance and proactively address interruptions
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Manage labor efficiency, productivity, and departmental KPIs
• Create and present production reports and operational metrics
• Support department budgeting and resource planning
• Conduct employee performance reviews, coaching, and development
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and company standards
• Maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workplace organization
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams to achieve business objectives

Desired Background/Skills:

• 4+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Manufacturing production leadership background
• ERP system experience
• Strong computer and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
