Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
- Cut, route, bundle, label, and organize materials as required.
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Desired Background/Skills:
- Ability to follow written instructions and visual diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience.
- Experience using basic hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
