Warehouse- Forklift Operator

We have an immediate Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Logistics/Forklift Operator (High Reach) opportunity with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Jessup, PA area. If you have experience operating a High Reach Forklift and are looking for a stable position with long-term potential, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, and load product.
• Unload and stow product.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory and order processing activities.
• Perform order fulfillment and cycle counting tasks.
• Count products and inspect for damage, infestation, and accurate product identifiers, including part numbers and batch information.
• Report shortages, overages, and damaged products on appropriate documentation.
• Apply appropriate labels to products accurately.
• Efficiently stack and store products in a manner that prevents damage.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area while following company housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintain a complete understanding of company Good Distribution Practices (GDPs).
• Support and adhere to all food safety requirements and responsibilities.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Recent High Reach Forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely stage, move, and store materials in warehouse racking systems.
• Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, $21.50/hour.
• Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, $21.00/hour.
