1st shift Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking1st shift Machine Operator in the Portland, ME area. This role is crucial to ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials and efficient post-production processes. If you have experience in press operation, bindery work, or material handling, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Ensure accuracy in color registration, paper alignment, and overall print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous experience in press operation, bindery work, or material handling preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the abilitytroubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and remain standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:
