Honing and Finishing

CoWorx is hiring Honing and Finishing opportunities on 1st and 2nd shift in the Charlestown, NH area!
In this position you’ll play an essential role in producing precision components that meet the highest quality standards. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to build a career in a company that values its people and offers room to advance as they continue to grow.
Shift:

• 1st shift- Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
• 2nd shift- Monday-Friday 3:30 Pm-12:00AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to finish precision components
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have HS diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to clear all requirements
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right candidates)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
