Entry Level Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and production requirements.

Follow work instructions, production dules, and operating standards to meet daily production goals.

• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products for further processing or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, and safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn skills and processes.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Other Information:

• Location: Saco, ME.
• First Shift schedule:[/li Monday through Friday, 6:50 AM3:15 PM.
• Starting pay rate of $19.00 per hour.
