Warehouse Associate

CoWorx is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Belvidere, IL area.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as supporting general warehouse operations.
This is a clean, air-conditioned, and quiet warehouse environment within an ITAR-regulated facility, offering a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Shift- M-F 9AM – 5:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Work with small aerospace material
• Pick products from warehouse inventory based on order requirements
• Pack orders securely and accurately to meet company standards
• Label, scan, and prepare shipments for delivery
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition
• Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support other general warehouse duties as assigned

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Must meet ITAR Hiring requirements
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Previous warehouse experience
