Forklift Operator

CoWorx is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations through the safe and efficient use of Powered Industrial Equipment in the Caledonia, WI area.
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking materials to meet shipping, receiving, and production needs. This role plays an essential part in maintaining workflow accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Shifts Available:

• 1ST Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:30am

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load, unload, move, and store products and materials.
• Stack and organize pallets in designated warehouse locations.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and print labels.
• Follow FIFO inventory procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as assigned.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready warehouse.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and additional tasks as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required.
• At least 6 months of reach truck and sit-down/counterbalance forklift experience.
• Stable work history with minimal employment gaps.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
