Mechanical Assembly

CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for multiple companies in the Lebanon, NH area for all shifts in manufacturing settings. These positions include assembly and inspection work. Positions can range from entry level to skilled opportunities. These positions offer a good work environment, clean facilities, and opportunities for advancement with great benefits. Pay is dependent on company, skill level and shift.

1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:25 AM to 3:55 PM, and Friday, 6:55 AM to 2:55 PM, with every other Friday off.i]
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

[li[/li11]3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11 to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and production documentation to perform assembly tasks accurately.
• Use basic measurement tools and visual inspection methods[/li to verify product quality and ormance to specifications.
• Operate hand tools and small assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Report equipment issues, product defects, and production concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed to support team and production goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

[li[]Experience preferred; entry-level opportunities are available for candidates with a steady and reliablework history.
• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements,[/li which may include a drug screen/or background check.
• Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Demonstrated steady and reliable work history required.
