Electrical Assembler II

CoWorx is hiring an experienced Electrical Assembler II with hands-on cable harness experience in the Dracut, MA area!
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble cable harnesses, cables, and electronic assemblies
• Cut and strip wires, crimp connections, and complete marking and cleaning operations
• Read and follow schematics, diagrams, wire lists, and assembly instructions
• Use hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, and pliers
• Perform hand soldering and de-soldering of thru-hole and SMT components
• Assemble printed circuit boards, modules, and other electronic components
• Follow proper ESD handling procedures
• Operate basic electronic test and assembly equipment as needed

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of cable harness assembly experience
• Ability to read and follow schematics
• Strong wiring, crimping, and assembly skills
• Experience using electronic assembly hand tools
• Soldering experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
