Material Handler

Are you looking for a stable warehouse opportunity with a growing team? We are currently hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for multiple shifts in Carlisle, PA!
If you have warehouse or distribution experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and safety, we’d like to hear from you! Shift:

• Sunday – Wednesday @ 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Monday – Friday @ 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Count and verify incoming products against shipping manifests
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or overages
• Sign for inbound deliveries as needed
• Unload incoming trucks and move products safely throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and quality
• Repack and weigh orders when required
• Report quality concerns and inventory discrepancies
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts
• Maintain proper stock rotation procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Complete records and reports accurately
• Support warehouse security procedures
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and quality standards

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, or shipping/receiving experience
• Stable work history with reliable employment record
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support business needs
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
