Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator positions in Appleton, WI. Warehouse Associates AM SHIFT – $18.43/hr PM SHIFT – $20.14/hr Forklift Operators AM SHIFT $21/hr PM SHIFT – $22.71/hr

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Associate:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Scan and label inventory.
• Assist with unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.

Forklift Operator:

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Stage, transport, and store inventory.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience is required for Forklift Operator positions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Information:

• 10-12 hour shifts.
• Mandatory overtime required.
• Weekend availability required.
