2nd Shift / Assembler

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking energetic, motivated, and reliable Assemblers for 2nd shift in the Lithia Springs, GA area.
This position will be responsible for providing warehouse support including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, verification, clerks, shipping, and receiving, quality control, to meet the facility’s productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities:

• Pick merchandise from warehouse stock bins and shelves according to customer order requirements.
• Record selected merchandise accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Package merchandise for shipment in boxes or on pallets as required.
• Ensure correct and complete shipping labels are applied to all processed orders.
• Replenish inventory and stock designated warehouse locations as needed.
• Perform assembly line duties, including product assembly, opening cartons, placing products on work tables, applying labels, packing products, and sealing boxes.
• Wrap, band, and label pallets, then move completed pallets to designated staging areas for shipment.
• Assist line leaders with production activities and operational support as needed.
• Work safely and efficiently while following all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production demands.
