Forklift Operator

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing distribution company in Carlisle, PA?
We are currently hiring Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team. If you have forklift experience, strong attendance, and enjoy working in a warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!
Shift: Monday-Friday @ 7am- 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently
• Move inventory to designated storage and backstock locations
• Support inventory replenishment activities
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy
• Assist with inventory control and documentation
• Perform daily forklift inspections and safety checks
• Ensure loads are properly secured before transport
• Maintain accurate inventory and movement records
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory transactions
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution center with a Crown Stand up Forklift
• Stable work history with reliable employment record
• Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and following company procedures
• Fluent in written and spoken English
