Maintenance Tech

Coworx has 2 Direct Hire Maintenance Technician opportunities available in Claremont, NH on 1st and 2nd shift.
This position requires the ability to multitask and be self-motivated while in compliance with the standards of wholesomeness, hygiene, health & safety at work. See something say something.

Responsibilities:

• Safely using and maintaining hand and power tools related to the work.
• Performing general and technical maintenance work, individually or as a member of a crew, in various areas.
• Safely operating construction equipment and vehicles.
• Reading and interpreting plans and instructions.
• Understanding and following oral and written directions.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Electrical & Mechanical experience with machines is required
• The ability to work well with your hands.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to maneuver through Basic computer programs
• Basic Principles, Equipment, Methods, and Materials used in building and grounds maintenance activities.
• Operation and maintenance of a variety of hand, power and shop tools used in a variety of trade areas.
• Basic record keeping practices
