Sales Support Specialist

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team by processing quotes, purchase orders, and customer requests within a manufacturing environment in the Sanford, ME area!
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with complex product configurations. You will work closely with sales representatives, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order entry and seamless customer support.
Fulltime, hourly position: $24+ (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hours per week
Location: Onsite in Sanford, Maine. (Possibility of working from home 2 days per week after 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Process quotes and purchase orders through CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce and Epicor.
• Support sales representatives with customer inquiries and order status updates.
• Develop a strong understanding of product configurations and customizations.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Five or more years of experience supporting sales teams in manufacturing or life sciences.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, such as Epicor and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong ability to learn and manage complex product configurations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
