Warehouse Associate – 1st and 2nd Shift

CoWorx Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a short-term project at Kenco supporting Interstate Batteries in Mundelein, IL. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who can work in a fast-paced environment and safely lift heavy materials. • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Build and break down pallets.
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Print and apply shipping labels.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Prepare orders for shipping and receiving.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Record packaging and order information.
• Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
• Must wear steel-toed boots.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
