Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift

Location: Mundelein, IL Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work occasional Saturdays as needed. Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Mundelein, IL. This position is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and moving battery products throughout the warehouse. Candidates must be comfortable working with batteries and team lifting up to 150lbs. Compensation & Benefits $19.00 per hour Full-time position Overtime opportunities may be available

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load, unload, and move battery products throughout the warehouse. Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 150 lbs, with assistance or equipment when appropriate. Prepare shipments and verify product quantities and accuracy. Receive incoming inventory and stock materials in designated locations. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Operate warehouse equipment and pallet jacks as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 150 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 150 lbs utilizing team lift. Stand and walk for extended periods. Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and twisting. Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Requirements Steel-toed footwear is required. Must be available to work 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be available for occasional Saturday shifts as business needs require.
