Production Associates – Odenton, MD

CoWorx Staffing is seeking dependable General Production Associates for a manufacturing client in Odenton, MD. These positions support daily production work and offer long-term opportunities for the right candidates.
Start Date : As soon As Possible
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (first shift) with some over time available

Responsibilities:

• Operate basic production equipment such as molds and CNC machines (training provided).
• Perform quality control inspections on parts produced during the manufacturing process.
• Load and unload materials into machines and molds as required for production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors and team leads.
• Perform general labor duties, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to Odenton, MD.
• Strong attendance record and work ethic.
• Previous warehouse, labor, or manufacturing experience preferred.
