Warehouse Associates Mon-Fri 8 AM -4:30 PM

CoWorx is looking for Warehouse Associates in Aberdeen, MD to support a growing retail company process incoming shipments and replenish products throughout the facility.
Available Shift: Day Shift Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30 PM $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assemble boxes and build kits for new products destined for retail stores.
• Unload trailers, palletize products, and wrap pallets for storage or shipment.
• Use a manual pallet jack to move and stage products for processing in other warehouse areas.
• Replenish inventory and put away newly received products into designated pick modules and storage locations.
• Lift, lower, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Push and pull manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in other departments as needed to support warehouse operations and business needs.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Distribution experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to accurately pull, pack, unload, and replenish products.
• Maintain a safe work area while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to train and work in multiple departments throughout the Distribution Center.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe Distribution Center.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Flexible, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
