Assembly Technician

Job Description:

Location: Sanford, Maine

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with their hands, paying close attention to detail, and performing precise assembly work in a clean manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in focused, repetitive work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong hand-eye coordination, excellent concentration, and the ability to sit and remain focused on detailed tasks throughout the day.
Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cable and wire harnesses using diagrams, work instructions, and harness boards
  • Cut, strip, route, bundle, and label wires with precision
  • Perform detailed hand assembly using small components and hand tools
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications
  • Follow written instructions and production processes carefully
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Work independently while meeting production and quality standards

  • Have excellent fine motor skills and hand dexterity
  • Enjoy repetitive, detail-oriented work
  • Can maintain focus and accuracy for extended periods
  • Are comfortable sitting at a workstation for much of the shift
  • Take pride in producing quality work
  • Follow instructions carefully and consistently
  • Have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Other Information:

  • Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour DOE
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM-1:00 PM
  • Location: Sanford, ME
  • Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
