Responsibilities:
- Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, and move products, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Use handheld RF scanners with a high degree of accuracy to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
- Load and unload trailers as needed while following established safety procedures and productivity standards.
- Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain an understanding of and comply with Supply Chain quality policies and operational requirements.
- Perform inbound receiving processes, including verifying shipments and accurately processing inventory receipts.

Desired Background/Skills:
- Two or more years of warehouse experience and forklift operating experience required.
- Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the work shift.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, grasp, and operate tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to work effectively in hot or cold warehouse environments.

Other Information:
Shift Details:
- Monday through Friday schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with an initial 3 to 4 weeks of training conducted from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with leadership and peers.
