CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking High-Reach Forklift Operators in the Litchfield Park, AZ area. Apply now and start earning up to $24/hour!

Responsibilities:

• Operate Raymond and Toyota high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently in support of warehouse operations.
• Load, unload, transport, and store products in designated warehouse locations while following established safety procedures.
• Retrieve pallets from storage locations up to five levels high while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe material handling practices.
• Use scanning equipment to track inventory movements and print product and shipping labels as required.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and other inventory control activities to maintain accurate records.
• Follow product rotation procedures to ensure proper inventory management and stock control.
• Complete daily forklift safety inspections and report equipment concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and warehouse standards.
• Support shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and products.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum of two years of forklift operating experience required.
• Recent experience operating high-reach forklifts, specifically Raymond or Toyota equipment, required.
• Experience working at elevated storage locations, including retrieving and storing pallets up to five levels high.
• Forklift certification preferred, or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners for inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Safety-focused with a strong commitment to following workplace safety procedures and best practices.
• Dependable and punctual with a consistent attendance record.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Experienced operating high-reach forklift equipment in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to support operational goals.

Other Information:

Friday – Saturday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM $24.00/Hour
