Location: Stratford, Connecticut

CoWorx is seeking Manufacturing Associates in the Stratford, CT area!
The Manufacturing Associates is responsible for safe and accurate operation of manufacturing equipment. This position utilizes various programs and equipment, both proprietary and third party, to deliver quality products. The Manufacturing Associate works to ensure all jobs on the daily schedule are produced based on company specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Review work orders and follow specific production instructions as provided.
  • Conduct quality inspections on all assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards and departmental guidelines.
  • Utilize a scanner and computer system to log jobs into a proprietary workflow software using the QC Check-In function.
  • Operate basic machinery to produce straightforward products according to job specifications.
  • Set up and load materials into various machines, monitoring equipment at key control points to ensure smooth operation.
  • Recognize and troubleshoot minor machine issues, taking proactive steps to avoid jams and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support production targets and workflow continuity.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including facility-wide tidiness and waste disposal.

Desired Background/Skills:

  • 1+ years of recent experience within manufacturing required.
  • Must be available to work overtime and on weekends.
  • Basic math and reading skills required.
