Location: Morris, Illinois

CoWorx Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity! If you have at least 1 year of sit-down forklift or reach truck experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a great company, we want to hear from you! Schedule Options (2-2-3 Rotation): Weekend availability is required.
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts and/or reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trailers
- Move materials throughout the warehouse
- Put away and retrieve inventory from racking locations
- Perform product and inventory scans using RF scanners
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Desired Background/Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift or reach truck is required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and attendance
