Picker Packer

Looking for a hands-on warehouse role? We are seeking Warehouse Picker Packers to help fulfill and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick individual products and cases for shipment to consumers and through courier services.
• Locate and scan product barcodes using handheld RF scanning devices.
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently to prevent product damage during shipment.
• Verify order accuracy using computer systems and warehouse software.
• Ticket and label orders according to company requirements.
• Maintain a clean work area, including proper disposal of trash, cardboard, and other materials.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and equipment procedures.
• Assist with other distribution and warehouse activities as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a large warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and safely twist, bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs.
• Comfortable with basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic computer skills required to verify orders accurately.
• RF scanning device experience preferred, but not required.

Other Information:

Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $16.00/hour.
• 2nd Shift: $17.60/hour.
