Shipping Associate Cold Environment

CoWorx Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced food distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, sorting, picking, packing, and staging specialty food products for shipment.
This position requires working in a cold storage environment, with temperatures ranging from refrigerated to freezer conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods and following all food safety and warehouse procedures.
Sunday: 10 am to 6:30 pm
Monday – Thursday: 5 pm to 1:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners
• Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipping
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety guidelines
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized

Desired Background/Skills:

• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Previous warehouse, food distribution, or order-picking experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Other Information:

Full-time position – Temp-to-Hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and attendance
Overtime may be available as needed
