Customer Service Rep

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team in the Levittown, PA area.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with daily warehouse activities, shipment scheduling, inventory inquiries, and account management.
The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, can effectively multitask, communicates professionally with customers and warehouse personnel, and is highly proficient in Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Manage multiple customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Process orders, update customer records, and perform accurate data entry
• Schedule inbound and outbound truck pickups and deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding inventory levels, order status, and shipment updates
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor order flow to ensure on-time fulfillment and shipment
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, logistics, warehouse support, preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional phone and email communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Experience scheduling shipments, coordinating transportation, or working in a warehouse environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
