Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing is seeking reliable, motivated, and mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing manufacturing and production teams in the Hopkinton and Canton, MA areas. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience, work with advanced production equipment, and grow your career in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are looking to expand your skills operating production machinery, we want to hear from you. We will train!

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate machinery, presses, extrusion equipment, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload machines to support production operations.
• Assemble, buff, inspect, package, and label manufactured products.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the shift.
• Start up, shut down, and oversee daily machine operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Identify and report quality issues to supervisors and Quality Assurance teams.
• Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to all company safety guidelines

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to recognize and address product quality concerns.
• Willingness to work overtime and assist on alternate shifts when needed.

• 3rd Shift available.
• 12-hour shifts available.
• Location: Canton, MA.
