Machine Operator

CoWorx is seeking Machine Operators in the Watertown, CT.
This role ensures that all parts meet strict quality and dimensional standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role will be responsible for the set up and operation of CNC machines

Responsibilities:

• Operate printing machines to produce components in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Conduct hourly inspections of molded parts to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Accurately document inspection results and report deviations or irregularities to supervisors.
• Package and label finished products according to company guidelines and production schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation to support efficiency and safety.
• Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks under minimal supervision.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Prior machine operating or equivalent manufacturing experience required.
• Must be proficient using computers.
