Responsibilities:
Job duties are dependent upon role and may include:
- Operate and monitor extrusion and manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Inspect products using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes, to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Complete production, quality, and process documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company quality and safety standards.

Desired Background/Skills:
- Manufacturing, machine operating, assembly, or extrusion experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and production specifications accurately.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
