Counter Customer Speacilist

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Counter Customer Specialist in the Bolingbrook, IL area.
Pay Rate:
Hourly, starting $19.00 with increase to $20 after 30 – 60 days
*As role develops further – expect compensation to increase*

Responsibilities:

• Process in-store customer drop off and pickup of garment orders
• Operate our (computer) POS System to enter orders and process order payments
• Count incoming items and inspection of garments for proper cleaning needs
• Attach tags to incoming garments so they can be tracked during cleaning
• Assist with order assembly, bagging, and racking as needed
• Answer customer questions and assist with special requests

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift and carry garment bags
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as tagging, sorting, and hanging garments
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation required
• Employment contingent on background check

Other Information:

Role Schedule:
Approx. 20 – 25 hrs weekly to start (training period)
Full-time hours once training period completed
Weekday shifts within 7:00am – 6:00pm (TBD)
Rotating Saturdays 8am- 3pm (TBD)
