Production Associate

CoWorx Staffing is currently hiring Production Associates for 12 HOUR SHIFTS in Turners Falls, MA!
Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Overtime available on Fridays
$18.54 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare boxes of various sizes to support packaging and shipping operations.
• Load products into plastic packaging materials or onto conveyor systems for automated wrapping processes.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment where products move continuously through the manufacturing process.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and remove defective, damaged, or non-conforming products from the production line.
• Verify products are properly oriented and positioned throughout the packaging process.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and product quality.
• Pack finished and wrapped products into boxes according to packaging requirements.
• Palletize completed orders and prepare them for shipment in accordance with shipping and safety standards.
