Project Specialist – Temp

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a Project Specialist to support our client’s Commercial Leasing team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a corporate environment. Recent graduates in accounting, finance, business, or tax are strongly encouraged to apply. Active students with schedule availability are encouraged to apply. This is a full time, onsite role working Monday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5 pm with one hour for lunch.
This position offers hands-on experience in:

• Commercial leasing operations
• Financial documentation
• Data reconciliation
• Cross-department collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation for commercial leasing customers, ensuring accuracy and organization
• Verify insurance compliance and track that required coverage remains current
• Update internal systems with accurate customer and contract information
• Research records and gather supporting documentation as needed
• Apply customer payments to the correct invoices
• Reconcile and clean data as part of an ongoing system conversion
• Ensure financial records meet leasing requirements and internal standards
• Support the team with additional administrative or project-based tasks as needed

Desired Background/Skills:

• Recent graduates in accounting, finance, business, or tax
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and internal systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
