Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production team members to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards are met.
• Execute daily production schedules and priorities provided by management.
• Communicate important updates, direction, and feedback to team members.
• Train employees on production processes and work standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate production concerns when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiencies.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily startup activities and support overtime needs as required.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a changing production environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and productivity.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, but not required.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
