CoWorx Staffing is hiring Waxer Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the Westfield area!
Pay: $17.50/hour
Available Shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM/li]
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM/li]

Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Rotation

• Full-Time Hours
• Built-In Long Breaks Throughout the Month

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust wax coating and production equipment according to manufacturing orders and production requirements.
• Inspect and test products for quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications.
• Review and interpret manufacturing orders, production schedules, and work instructions.
• Perform routine calculations to determine wax and material requirements for production runs.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Conduct routine inventory counts of production materials and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
